Our mission is to make it as easy for consumers to talk with companies as it is to talk with their friends.  We’re zealots for messaging and we go the extra mile to make sure our customers are successful.

What We Do

We have built the leading asynchronous platform for business messaging that allows customers to connect with companies the same way they communicate with their friends.  

Customers are busy and crunched for time. The last thing they want to do is call customer service. We make it easy by letting them text or message your agents directly via SMS/Text, Facebook Messenger, Web Chat, In-App Messaging or Kik. That’s more convenient and allows your customers to fit in the conversation while they do other things.

When customers can reach you how they want to reach you, when they want to reach you, they are happier. Customer satisfaction is higher for the text and messaging channel than voice, email, or web chat. Mobile and Messaging have changed the way people communicate and AI will change how computers “think”.  This has created the perfect opportunity to combine our prior enterprise experience with the latest technologies to build great company.

We appreciate that customer service agents and managers have a difficult, often thankless job.  Our mission is to build great software that is intuitive and powerful, improving the jobs of managers and agents.
