Our Mission

Our mission is to improve the way customers communicate with companies. We believe mobile message-driven communications will replace a significant portion of traditional phone and email interactions, reducing costs while improving customer satisfaction. Quiq makes it easy for customers to contact a business via Messaging, the preferred channel already in use with our friends and family. With Quiq, customers can now engage customer service via SMS/text messaging, Facebook Messenger, Web Chat, and Kik for help with their pre-sales questions and post-sales support.

Role Description

Quiq is looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to optimize and enhance our systems and processes that enable marketing and sales to operate more effectively. You will build dynamic marketing programs to manage dashboards & KPI’s, email campaigns, data updates, as well as managing leads and working closely with sales to develop new processes. This role will have a significant impact on building a systematic framework for sales and marketing to drive growth and revenue. The best person for this role has experience working in various systems, like Marketo, Salesforce, and WordPress, to develop processes to improve customer experiences, increase engagement, and optimize workflows. Experience working with data is essential to this role.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Develop technical programs within Salesforce and Marketo to execute on strategic marketing and sales initiatives
  • Manage demand generation activities to achieve business growth and revenue goals (Email Marketing)
  • Maintain a data-driven approach through continual experimentation and optimization to meet and exceeds aggressive company goals (a/b testing, etc.)

  • Work closely with stakeholders to document and implement processes to continually optimize marketing and sales systems
  • Develop and operate reports and dashboards to provide real-time insights, manage leads, track activity, ensure quality, and measure marketing and sales KPIs
  • Regularly communicate campaign programs and performance to key stakeholders

Desired Skills & Experience:

  •, Marketo, and WordPress competent
  • Marketo-certified or at least 2+ years experience using Marketo or another marketing automation tool

  • Proven results with demand generation programs on multiple digital marketing channels

  • Experience measuring and reporting the impact of lead generation programs

  • Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate impact

  • Ability to influence and work cross-functionally across internal teams
